The below LibLoader zip file contains a simple program that tests to see if a library will load.
LibLoader.zip 188k
The loader is built with delphi, so that lazarus users know if their dlls work with other programs created by another compiler.
The included "project1.dll" is a DLL built with lazarus and fpc 2.1.1
