Reference for unit 'pwuconfig'

Notes

Currently this is just a simple unit to obtain the config path location.

Many other config functions are available in the pwumain/pwmain unit itself (such as setwebconfigvar, getwebconfigvar), along with a config unit available in the extras folder.

There are also many third party config/ini units available for fpc/delphi.
