GNG was founded in Canada.  Lars started GNG, and the website acheived an astonishing 2 visitors per 3 days causing our bandwidth bill to skyrocket. Thankfully
we have a free hosting plan.  Most of the visitors pass by thanks to Alexander promoting GNG, who we paid 3.52 million free dollars to market the website.
