Use the Plugin Config to setup automatic loading of plugins based on the type of file being opened.
Select the file type to configure in the drop down box. Checkmark each plugin you wish to load when a certain file type is opened.
For example if you want to load the ClipText and HTMLTool plugins when only an HTML file is opened, then select HTML in the drop down list, and then checkmark the two plugins you wish to load.
