He flies thousands of drones into thousands of countries and wages war. No one suspects it as a drone cannot fly thousands of miles; or so they thought. Drones are small, hard to detect. And these ones he developed are quiet. Drones these days are common place so no one would suspect that a drone is a warfare machine: it's probably just some guy flying one as a hobby for pleasure, right?
He develops a drone that can fly without stopping for fuel or recharge, and develops one that has a high power weapon on it that is high energy, but does not take up large space like a nuclear bomb or chemical bomb.
