Ultimate weapon to play mind games and head games with people: ability to send messages forward and back in time, and use these messages not for constructive purposes but to fuck with people's heads and play massive confusing mind games, severely toxic, and then if anyone speaks up about this, simply label them mentally ill, put them on massive "anti psychotic" drugs, send them off to see an ignorant psychiatrist, throw them in a psych ward. Get the government (and corporations) involved in abusing this technology, and you have something worse than George Orwell's 1984, something worse than Vanilla Sky, and: Thankfully, all the Christians and Muslims participating in it, will be escorting themselves to hell when they die, because their ain't no Jesus or Prophet Mohammed allowing you in heaven's gates to have your 72 Virgins or eat Cheescake with Jesus.
