~ mental retards using git and svn at command line |
There are times when one can just use a quick command at the command line to commit a file to git, or download files from git.
However people who actually use the command line for tasks where visual tools are far better (such as Total Commander/Double Commander).. Well, let's just say these people suffer from severe mental retardation, but not in the sense that they were born mentally retarded (full respect to those people). We're talking about people who are educated, but, still stupid even after education.
Take for example, when you need to quickly select 5 files scattered in a directory somewhere in the midst of 20-100 other files in that directory. You go and visually select those 5 files using shift or insert in total commander, completely fucking Norton Commander nostalgia all about it, and hit "commit" using tortoise svn. Done, in less than 10 seconds.
The same idiot at the command line (masochist) suffers like a fool, using LS or DIR to display his files in his directory, then, types each fucking file out manually, like a complete moron, at his gay faggy console.... Possibly even with a few copy and pastes if he feels his fingers are wasting time.
Then there is DIFF tools... a visual diff tool is obviously superior to some retard who's gay for the console - this idiot at the command line, what, does a diff at the command line? How.. but manually pumping out the diff at the command line itself and reading the diff with his eyes (plus and minus signs)? These people have got to be luddites, some kind of religious coo koo fucktards.

Or, moron at the command line might just diff the file by opening up his diff from the command using his favorite diff tool, which defeats the whole purpose of the command line because now console faggot is opening up an external gui program and cheating. Cheating, because he's no longer using his gay command line, now he's running programs in his gui, like his favorite diff tool, because he realizes his little console is a piece of shit that couldn't ever compete with a real GUI.
Indeed the command line is a useful tool. Often used by useful idiots. Still it's okay for some things.
Just don't be gay for your console when there are often superior tools. But go ahead and mock, ridicule, anyone who uses a GUI. Then, I will mock your faggy little command line asshole right back at you, luddite retard.
Something like, oh I don't know the morons who still use Vi in text mode and upload their files using ftp commands instead of say, oh I don't know, heading over to double commander website (or Ghisler) and becoming intelligent on the way there, hopefully, and then hitting F5. Or if you are slightly retarded, put everything into Emacs (your operating system) including some svn and diff plugin, or use midnight commander. But when you use emacs make sure you use the text mode version, not the gui version, because real men use console/textmode for everything.
