~ jewish grocery store owner shits pants
I'll expand on this article later, this is just a brief summary of what it will be about.

Imagine the owner of a grocery store is Jewish, and is serious about his faith. He doesn't eat pork as it is not kosher in any which way. But his grocery store sells pork every day: after all, it's a grocery store in a busy city, and all sorts of people come in to buy all sorts of things. Some of those things, just so happen to be pork chops, and all the processed meat with pork in it.

The Jewish person thinks they are being perfectly religious and acceptable to God since the Jewish person himself does not eat pork. Yet this Jewish person sells literally hundreds of thousands of dollars of pork and profits on it each year, and uses that money to pay his staff wages, finance his house, buy his cars, feed his children.

Indeed it is not as if the grocery store only sells pork and nothing else. Some of his profits come from all kinds of foods: cereal, vegetables, beef, dish detergent, dog food (oops, pork in some of it too?), etc.

But the point is: how can the Jewish person believe that God is not going to somehow notice, that even though the Jewish person is not eating pork, he is literally living off the profits from it. Especially if the processed meat isle in the store is very popular - or ham, or sausages, or a million other things: even Jello could be pig based. Again, the entire store isn't just a pork only meat store, it sells all kinds of things... but the fact of the matter is, the Jewish person is making some serious profits off pork, and is a "pork enabler". He doesn't eat pork himself, but he enables hundreds, or even millions (depending how big the city is) of people to eat it every year.

And make no mistake, it's not just about Jewish people, it is a general hypocrisy article: equally, a Hindu grocery store owner could sell beef, even though his religion forbids eating anything from a cow/bull since cows are sacred. And again, equally, it could be about a Health Food store owner that is vegan, but goes ahead and sells all kinds of muscle supplements that have meat products and dairy products in them, and pills that have pork gelatin for capsules, and it goes on and on. At least with the vegan/vegetarian owner, he's not violating a religion that God will punish him for: he'll just end up ticking off members of his vegetarian/vegan group that he belongs to, if he belongs to any.

The point is to be honest about your hypocrisy by finding more extreme examples and writing stories about them that are entertaining, but often nasty and won't allow you to become very popular - i.e. this one. If this insults anyone, or makes Jewish (or any other) people shit their pants, I've made my point. What would God say to you at heaven's gate when he is trying to let you in, knowing that you funded yourself and profited massively off pork, even if you didn't eat it? Is profiting off pork kosher, but eating it is not? And I don't mean to specifically pick on Jewish people (all respect), I am talking about anyone who holds on to a dogma: Hindu, Christian, Vegan/Vegetarian, etc. etc. etc. The Jewish pork is just a small example and, sorry to say, and easy target to pick on..

Pigs are also pretty smart, almost as, or as smart as, dogs - so all dog owners should equally question why it is so bad for chinese people to eat dog meat and cat meat considering you're basically eating pork chops of an animal the same intelligence as your own dog.

Not being a hypocrite is difficult, and it's sometimes even harder to point it out - because if you write an article about it you will not be well accepted if the hypocrisy pointed out is strong. Try for example, submitting this article to something like the New York Times. I doubt it would get accepted!

I will maybe expand on this little story/hypocrisy article/catch22 later; this is all I have to write here for now. And I stress once again, this is not always just about picking on Jewish traditions or dogmas: it seems every damn person is a hypocrite to great extents, no matter what the dogma/religion/following they belong to. Just see my articles on Hindu's and eggs elsewhere: why are cows sacred, but not those blessed chickens that provide us wonderful Eggs.. eggs are some of the best high value protein most useful oval objects in the entire world.
