Legal name changes done by criminals to hide their criminal activity is the perfect way of leaving a legal paper trail behind them to prove that they are criminals...
Indeed, if one is changing their name for other reasons such as slander or false accusations, or if the person was set up, or if the person does not like their name at all, it makes sense to change a name in some cases.
But the idiot that changes their name legally several times simply leaves a legal paper trace behind them that they are hiding their criminal activity.
What's the alternative? To use the same name? That does not work either, hence the idiot that changes their name (and often appearance too), or doesn't change it, is an idiot either way. Checkmate: criminal idiot has no way to carry on, other than carrying on as a complete fucktard (often fuckface too).
It's the perfect "no win" situation for the idiot: if the idiot changes their name several times, they leave a legal paper trace behind them proving that they must hide their identity and their criminal activity, otherwise they would not be changing their name, there would be no point; yet, if they don't change their name, they have their bad reputation of their previous name left behind them, along with all their retardation.
