There is a type of loser out there, who, often uses Linux, or a supposed "Secure" operating system, who uses that supposed secure system to break into other unsecure systems. So he ends up being an expert in other operating systems, and doesn't know as much about his own even though he thinks he does.
An audit of supposed "secure" systems can tell a big story... often a clever person can find a vulnerability in the system that is secured down in every way, except one way, that the loser forgot about or didn't even know about.
Often a Linux "hacker" (or other "secure" operating system hackers) will know so much about Windows and MacOSX (since they are popular systems to find vulnerabilities in) that he will completely forget about auditing his own pathetic little system. His only protection, of course, is that no one uses his loser system - it's unpopular, so he is running on the lame idea that security through unpopularity rules. Up until the point, that someone decides to audit his system and fuck him over, on a rainy day, if there is any time to waste.
I've audited supposed secure systems and found loopholes in them, only to roll my eyes in boredom because there are more interesting things to do than to break in to some homosexual's computer who jerks off to his UNIKS. The reason he is using a secure system: likely to hide child porn and encrypt it so no one finds it, or to record his daughter's sex life and jerk off to it.. Something of sorts.
