~ hey moron so music and images are open source too
Some retards differentiate open source software code, from artistic personal creations such as graphics art and music.

Sorry folks, but music, if recorded in electronic digital MIDI format, is 100 percent open source and can be shared just like code. Same with images and graphics art. It's called SVG. You can literally share the graphic mathematics that create your graphic, and the code behind the graphic that generates its angles, distances, etc.

So what does this mean for the little hypocrites who ship out their open source CD roms with 100 percent copyright protected personal art and logos? Well, it means they are trying to make a living, make money, and really it's no different than closing the source and shipping closed source commercial proprietary software.

Music could be open source, but then all the little artists would bitch and complain that they can't make a living any more because the GPL dorks came in and opensource "MIDI"ed it all. And all the graphics designers would complain that graphics can be boiled down to mathematics equations and open source geometry, so no longer can a graphics artist make money selling closed secretive graphics, like a JPEG that you can't reverse engineer/decompile to see how he created that JPG in his mind, whereas, SVG graphics and MIDI music offer an almost complete open source version of graphics and music.

So I guess it's fuck you to those who think books, music, and graphics are "personal creations" and that other things in life cannot possibly be open sourced like code can. As if software code is not a personal art creation to, you moronic fucktard who doesn't apply logic to his arguments...

But if someone goes off and releases a logo or graphic or cdrom or tshirt with a graphic on it or music on it that they aren't giving away any MIDI files or SVG files to, do I even give a shit? Let me put it a different way: do a give a pig flying fuck? Not really. Because as a bsd license advocate I don't give a shit if you make money or even close the source to some of your stuff. But as a GPL hypocrite if you are reading this article (bell rings! light goes off in your head!) make sure that if you ever do a graphic or a musical creation, you MIDI it and SVG it, you little bitch, and release the source to your music and graphics: because that is what MIDI/SVG files are... Midi and SVG are basically the mathematics/coordinates/geometries that make all your graphics and songs open too.

Next thing that happens: energy is open.. anybody can generate open and free energy in their home, without paying some corporation that holds you hostage to it with something called "bill in the mail" and secrets they keep on how they cut costs and generate that energy while ripping you off. Then, some lunatic will make a hardware printer so you can open source the hardware and print it yourself, with your free/open energy generator... You just have to find the materials somewhere, if not generating them quantum mechanically or spawning them like some cheat in a video game where material goods are magically generated from almost nothing (at the cost of some CPU electricity in the universe outside it).

This is where pipe dreams are born. But while I am smoking my pipe, I still say fuck you.
