~ criminal simulation movie
Note: title for this movie could be better. Can't think of one at the moment that fits.

Movie plot:

An artificial intelligence programmer creates a extremely realistic computer simulation, but for purposes which he soon later finds out is the biggest mistake in his life. The A.I. programmer is a pedophile and wants to create a simulation that he can rape children in, since he cannot do this in the current society he is living in (obviously due to laws).

He creates the simulation without any of the children in the simulation having any ability to report the crimes, they just get completely ignored by any authorities. The simulation is super realistic and the children even feel pain, as that is what the sick A.I. author wants, even though he could program the simulation so that they are just fictional non sentient children that act like they are sentient, but are just automations.

What the simulation author does not realize, is that his simulation is being tracked. The simulation author was sure, that leaving this simulation running in his own private home on his super computer is not secure and private as he thought. He does have the simulation encrypted so that if anyone ever found his super computer running and somehow got into his home, they would not be able to tell what program was running as it was encrypted in an obscure that virtually no one could find out.

So how does he get found out? Not by anyone who breaks into his home, but in a simulation above him, which he is living in and does not realize. He is sure that he is a simulation author in a real universe, but in fact his universe is just as simulation too. The arrogance of a programmer to think that he can create a simulation, but that he is not living in one himself, is the utmost absurd mistake and naivety of any programmer. The simulation above him, has a criminal prevention mechanism to prevent people from creating toxic horrible simulations, such as the one he has made. The programmer is visited by the simulation above him, and he is all confused to the maximum. He starts to become severely mentally ill as he thinks that at times he is in the simulation he created and there is some rogue A.I. bug, when in fact he is being visited outside of his simulation in what he thinks is the real world.

The pedophile rapist programmer, after finally at least understanding slightly what is going on, asks them "What about Nazi Germany, why did you let that happen for so long if you supposedly have protections against this sort of evil happening? What I am doing with my simulation is no more evil than that, and you didn't stop any of that from happening". The visitor replies "Why do you think Nazi Germany came to a stop? We came in and made it stop. The world would be a far different place today if we had let it run - Do you actually think with all the military power Germany had, they they just lost and gave up, almost instantly? World War 2 ended because we stepped in. We try as hard as we can to not step in, and let the simulation characters sort it out themselves. In the case of a child rapist creating a rape simulation, that is our territory to step in. In the case of throwing millions of people into concentration camps that is also our place to step in. Even when these events happen, we try to let the characters sort it out, and as much as we hate interfering, we do have to step in when it gets out of hand."
