Anonymous Packt or Anonymous Packed is fictional story about a small international group of people who wage nuclear war on the entire planet, using only pack sacks and public parks worldwide. They feel the planet has degenerated into a horrible mess (the singularity is something the opposite: a grand singularity of stupidity and a fraudulent corrupt planet). They believe that nuking the entire planet is the only solution to eradicate the virus of humanity off the planet.
Blending in: almost everyone wears some kind of bag or packsack these days, especially around university campuses, bus stops, young people traveling across parks and grass, sidewalks, etc. The pack sack is the perfect "cover" for blending in everywhere, but carrying extremely dangerous weapons in that pack sack.
Public parks a national security hazard: public parks such as small parks with trees, grass, playgrounds, even school grounds are all publicly accessible without security checks like a airport or private business that asks you to drop your pack sack at the door or similar. Public parks are often full of trees or areas to hide your behavior, such as burying a bomb in at about 10pm when the park is still open, but it gets dark. There are also other areas such as playgrounds where sand can be used similarly to dig/bury items, along with playground equipment that one can hide behind while shoveling and digging. If you are stopped and questioned you simply say you are looking for coins, rare metals, money, fossils, rocks, university course requires you do homework to dig for things in science class, etc.
Be skeptical of anyone who has a pack sack: but you can't be skeptical because pretty much everyone has one, especially young people, but in no way limited to just young people - so once again this is the perfect cover.
Ban all pack sacks? Impossible: this would be like banning t-shirts or banning pants, so this defense against Anonymous Packt would not work. It would be as difficult as banning public parks or public spaces with grass (soft material to dig and hide items under soil).
Story scene: guy is digging in a park and someone says "why are you digging?", he responds "just digging for gold" and (fake) smiles. The other person says "that's what she said" and walks off, not knowing that the person digging is a Anonymous Packt member.
Close all public parks: impossible, there are too many. So the defense is impossible
Weapons carried in pack sack: the Anonymous Packt has developed mini nukes, small enough to fit in a bag, that can made with chemicals available in all countries. Unlike nuclear weapons that go on aircraft, mini nukes are light enough to carry in a packsack. The trick of course is to plant more than one nuke and do it on several occasions which is easy if: the access to a park or ground doesn't require any security checks (basically all public parks, school grounds, terraces on public spaces, etc.
Advantages over nuking the planet with airplanes: everybody suspects airplanes. If an item falls out of the sky and lands on ground everyone will notice it. In public parks with people using pack sacks, the bombs are all unseen after being buried.
Communication system: the Anonymous Packt group does not use the internet to communicate but a system of offline internets connected by their own routers that relay their connections to each other without using the phone line or cable line (high power signal required to send over long distances similar to cell towers but they are installed in their homes inside drywall). Enough of them live close enough together (within the same city) to transfer the signal to each other. They use a custom encryption, and have no difficulty with the power to send the signal because they have access to their special mini nuclear power technology that is not just used for bombs but also for electricity.
