faq.htm gives 505 error. But it isn't 1.6.x fault, of course :)

"An unhandled exception occurred at $0804B2E1 : EAccessViolation : Access violation"

Appeared in the new_topic.psp after form submission.

Same here, it happened once but didn't happen to me again. I wonder if this is memory errors because of not using CMEM or whether it is another bug :) I assume it is a memory error because I haven't had access violations in 1.5.x PasForum

faq.htm was broken when I switched servers because my old server allowed HTML files to be accessed within CGI-BIN

No longer will I write web applications based on a specific server set up. Everything must be portable incase the person decides to change hosts.

A hint: just put it into htdocs and change the link to ../../Bubble/faq.htm or to absolute: http://z505.com/Bubble/faq.htm

Another hint: print the contents of faq.htm using PSP script. Just as it is done in PSP4UM.

Yea, good idea..

I was using http://z505.com/cgi-files/ for all HTML files relating to cgi, and http://z505.com/cgi-bin/ for all binary files ...

At least I meant to, once I changed servers, now it's just a matter of doing it! :-)

An unhandled exception occurred at $0804B16D : EAccessViolation : Access violation

Hehe, must be memory errors because of not using the same memory manager.
